ARTICHOKE & BASIL PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
1 STONEBAKE Pizza Base

90g tomato sauce
160g shredded yellow mozzarella

25g white mozzarella cheese
70g sliced artichoke

a pinch of Himalayan salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat Oven to 180ºC
2. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base
3. Add shredded yellow mozzarella over the sauce

4. Add topping evenly over pizza base (artichoke and salt)
5. Place into the oven in the middle shelf and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted through
