EGG PLANT, CAPSICUM & TOMATO PIZZA
SERVING SUGGESTION (SERVES 4)
INGREDIENTS
1 STONEBAKE Pizza Base
90g tomato sauce
160g shredded yellow mozzarella
25g white mozzarella cheese
6 sliced cheery tomatoes
70g chopped egg plant
50g sliced capsicum
a pinch of Himalayan salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat Oven to 180ºC
2. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base
3. Add shredded yellow mozzarella over the sauce
4. Add topping evenly over pizza base (cherry tomatoes, egg plant, capsicum, white mozzarella and salt)
5. Place into the oven in the middle shelf and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted through
