PITAÂ HUMUS & OLIVES
SERVING SUGGESTION (SERVES 3)
INGREDIENTS
3 STONEBAKE Pita wraps
Humus
Olives
Falafel
Lettuce
a drizzle of Olive Oil
a pinch Himalayan salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat Grill
2. Spread humus on a platter or large plate
3. Add olives, falafel & lettuce to the platter
4. Cut each Pita wrap into 4 pieces
Grill Pita
5. Grill Pita until golden brown
6. Place Pita around the platter
7. Drizzle Olive Oil around the platter
